Primul pas: dai drumul la cuptor sa se incinga, apoi fuguta la frigider dupa 2 oua(de preferat de tara), feliute de sunculita si ceva cascaval. Le asezi cu grija pe 2 felii de paine, la sfarsit condimentezi cu sare, chili sau ierburi aromate. Le lasi la cuptor 5-6 minute si gata! La atac!<br />

Laura Laurentiu mi-a amintit ca se apropie Sarbatorile de Craciun si m-am gandit sa testez o reteta cu care as putea sa-i intampin pe colindatori. Cred ca nicaieri nu-i mai frumos ca acasa, sa asculti colinde cu casa "primenita" si impodobita.<br />

Este prima data cand fac saratele decupate cu forme, m-a inspirat Laura Sava.<br />
Eu am amestecat toate ingredientele la robot, apoi am lasat aluatul la rece 1/2 ora. Am intins aluatul pe masa de lucru, pudrata bine cu faina. Am dat formele de plastic prin faina inainte de fiecare decupare. Avantajul acestui aluat e ca resturile se pot modela din nou. <br />

Pentru ambele variante am amestecat amidonul cu zaharul si eventual cacaua, le-am diluat cu putin lapte caldut, le-am fiert cu restul de lapte si smantana de frisca pana s-au ingrosat si apoi am adaugat untul. Se toarna in vase cate o lingura alba, una maro s.a. E o alternativa buna la budinca din comert, in special pentru copii mici, dar cantitatile sunt foarte mici, pentr 3 portii as dubla cantitatile. Eu am facut si varianta cu ciocolata amaruie topita in compozitie, delioasa!<br />

Am descoperit o alta reteta simpla si delicioasa, nu-mi vine sa cred cat de simplu este aluatul, este si de post, si in acelasi timp delicios, iar umplutura o puteti alege dupa gust. Eu am facut cu mere si cu dovleac.<br />

Ingrediente aluat:<br />
* 18 linguri faina<br />
* 9 linguri ulei<br />
* drojdie cat o nuca (2/3 dintr-un cubulet de 42 g) <br />
* 1 ceasca apa calduta<br />
* 1 lingurita zahar<br />

Am amestecat drojdia cu 1 lingurita zahar si le-am dizolvat in apa calduta. Eu am pus in robotul de bucatarie faina, uleiul si drojia dizolvata si le-am amestecat pana s-a legat un aluat. Daca e nevoie mai adaugati un pic de apa sau ulei. Apoi am rasturnat aluatul pe masa, l-am framantat un minut si am impartit compozitia in 2.<br />

O reteta foarte usoara din 3 bucati de pangasus de la congelator. Poate fi savurat impreuna cu o garnitura din boabe de porumb si fasole sau cu niste pastai mici din cutie de la kaufland. Pastaile se pun in ulei incins impreuna cu un catel de usturoi taiat feliute subtiri.
Se ia o hartie de copt destul de maricica pe care punem o pata de ulei pe care o intindem cu o pensula. Pestele se pune pe hartie si se freaca bine prin ulei dupa care il dam cu sare, piper, rozmarin, putina menta si niste ghimbir uscat. Cand o parte este gata intoarceti pe cealalta si repetati operatiunea.

Taiati o ceapa felii mici si niste lamaie pe care le puneti pe peste(este nemaipomenita ceapa pusa la cuptor). Impachetam pestele in hartia de copt foarte bine si punem in cuptor la temperatura de 200 de grade C.

Separat toate ingredintele de la solutia cu otet se pun pe foc si se amesteca pana se dizolva zaharul si sarea. Dupa ce a clocotit se toarna solutia fierbinte peste legume si se lasa pana a 2 a zi, cand se pune salata in borcane curate si sterilizate. Eu le-am pus intr-o tava in cuptorul incins si am stins focul, unde au mai stat o noapte. Abia ziua urmatoare le puteti pune in camara.

Apoi se pune la cuptor inca 5-10 minute, pana se rumeneste usor bezeaua. Eu am avut o surpriza: bezeaua s-a umflat si s-a lipit de grilul din cuptor(o sa am ce curata), dar a iesit buna si delicioasa! Se topeste in gura!<br />

Se pune cartoful la fiert si dupa ce a fiert se piseaza bine cartoful. Se amesteca cu margarina, branza si faina pana se face un aluat destul de moale. Se toaca ceapa bine , dovlecelul si morcovii se rad si se storc in pumn iar ardeiul se taie in bucati foarte mici.<br />

Se amesteca bine legumele din vas si ouale.Dupa aceea trebuie sa amestecati faina cu praful de copt. Se unge o tava cu unt, se presara putina faina si se pun toate ingredientele amestecate in vas.Se pune niste cascaval ras dupa preferinta si niste sos de rosii.<br />
